When something wrong showing abnormal aspects in vacuum stability like as pillar's falling off was found in its service time, new SPACIA will be provided for replacement at free.

1. SPACIA is provided with a cap to protect the evacuation glass tube, which is required to use so as to place on upper-right corner of indoorside.
2. Never remove the protective cap. while using.
3. For clearance and bearing width, use the values cited from JASS-17 (Japan Construction Society, Building Construction Standard Specification No.17, Glass Work, Version 3, Oct. 20, 1991) as minimum (for 3-way beads).
4. When SPACIA is used in top light, green house, humid places like bathroom and warmer places than 50^oC, special attention will be needed. Please contact before use.

1. When wired glass type is used in diferent application from conventional window, please contact us before use, to avoid of the trouble due to thermal breakage.
2. Don't paste the film and paper on SPACIA. It may brings about thermal breakage.
3. Slight dislocation and occasional omissions of pillars, even if they are found, are negligible problem in terms of product performance.
4. SPACIA is required to use in temperature condition that its diference between IN and OUT is preferably less than 35^oC.
5. Don't touch on SPACIA with metallic or ceramic hard sharp. Deep scratches sometimes lead to glass breakage.
6. Some deformation of reflective image is unavoidable for process reasons and for the occasional warpage of glass in case of a big temperature diference between IN and OUT, which is based on its higher thermal insulation.
